Request deletion
To request deletion of personal information held by RTR, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy deletion request.
What to include
Include the email address associated with your RTR account, the organization involved, and the information you want us to review. If the request concerns messaging, include the relevant phone number only if needed to identify the records. Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive documents.
How we review requests
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request and locate the records. If a customer controls the records, we will coordinate with it or explain how to contact it. RTR remains responsible for handling requests about its own processing. We will explain the outcome, including any information that must be retained and the reason, within the periods required by applicable law.
Access changes are different from deletion
Removing a sign-in connection, phone number or organization membership is different from requesting deletion. Some employment, cashout, tip-payment, security or other records may need to remain for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We retain those records only for as long as needed for those purposes. A request concerning one organization does not automatically close your access to another organization.
